Jeenah Consulting was founded by Dr Aqil Jeenah, whose career has spanned clinical practice, academia, entrepreneurship, global management consulting, and executive leadership across Africa, Australia, and the Middle East. The path was unconventional by design. Each move placed him in a new environment, and across all of them the same gap kept appearing: organisations with strong global ambition routinely struggle to execute in African markets, not from a lack of intent, but because the knowledge needed to bridge boardroom strategy and on-the-ground reality is genuinely rare.
Working inside some of the world's most rigorous institutions taught him how to structure problems and make decisions at scale. Building a venture from scratch showed what those frameworks miss when resources are limited and the environment is unpredictable. Leading operations across geographies revealed how quickly even strong strategies fall apart without the right systems underneath them. Jeenah Consulting exists to bring all of that together.
